We, at Mountain Air Real Estate, are always looking for the right person. Perhaps you are the one. Our commission schedule is unique. We can show you how to make 75% to 85% the first year.
Currently, our ideal new associate would have many of the following traits:
1) Self starter. The entreprenurial spirit is alive and well at Mt. Air.
2) Tech savvy. Changes in the way the real estate business is done are more numerous
each week. We want to be on top of them all.
3) Licensed. Have you passed your Principles Course and passed the state exam? (We
can refer you to great schools. Contact us for information).
4) Knowledge of the area. We focus on the Eastern Inland Empire and the mountain
communities of Forest Falls, Angelus Oaks, Mountain Home Village and Seven Oaks.
5) Team Oriented. Cooperation is the "theme" in these offices.
6) Bi-lingual. Not necessary but... What an asset!!!
7) Experienced. Knowledge of the business is a great advantage...but not a deal breaker.
We would love to train any person who has ample helpings of the other traits.
